With extra-strong magnets across the whole width, the Vogue knife rack offers plenty of space for your most-accessed knives. Damaged or incorrect delivery? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, its packaging and any visible damage. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How to request a return
- Contact our team within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@cateringbase.co.uk or call 0121 386 6628.
- Provide your order details. Include your order number and the item or items you would like to return. A reason for the return is optional but helpful. Photos are required if an item is faulty or damaged.
- Wait for your return instructions. We will confirm your return approval and provide the address and instructions for sending your item back. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Return eligibility
Most items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, your item must be:
- Unused and in resalable condition.
- In its original packaging, including all protective inserts, labels, manuals and accessories.
- Free from damage, markings, scratches, stains or signs of use.
We may refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Items that cannot be returned unless faulty
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been installed, used or modified.
- Customised or made-to-order products.
- Clearance or final-sale items, where clearly marked.
- Opened items that cannot be resold due to hygiene or food-contact handling, where applicable.

Receiving your refund
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after inspection, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original delivery charges: These are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We can arrange exchanges subject to stock availability. If the replacement item has a different price, we will confirm any additional amount to pay or refund owed.
