Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to UK Mainland addresses. Deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands may take longer and may not qualify for certain offers.
Delivery Charges & Speeds
- FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £30
- Standard Delivery (orders under £30): £4.99
- Estimated arrival: within 48 hours (Royal Mail Tracked 24) of dispatch (Mon–Fri).
Dispatch Cut-off Time:
Orders placed before 2.00pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Remote & Non-Mainland Locations:
Deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands may take longer than the standard 48-hour estimate and may not qualify for certain promotions, including free delivery. -
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. -
Courier Services:
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and other trusted courier partners. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. -
Delivery Attempts:
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave a card, attempt redelivery, or deliver to a local collection point. -
Peak Periods:
During busy seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), dispatch and delivery times may be extended. -
Large or Heavy Orders:
Certain large or bulky items may require alternative delivery services or additional handling time. You will be notified if this applies to your order. -
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or courier operational issues.
