Royal Mail’s Tracked 24® is their premium next-day tracked parcel delivery service within the UK. Next working day delivery after posting (including Saturdays). It’s an aim, not a guarantee — most parcels arrive next day, but not 100%.

⏰ Delivery Times

Monday to Saturday, usually by 4:30 pm for most addresses.
Rural / remote areas may receive deliveries later in the day.

📍 Postcode Coverage

Tracked 24 is available for almost all UK postcodes.

Some remote locations (e.g. Scottish Highlands, islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, BFPOs) may take longer than next-day.

Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after inspection, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7) Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, we can arrange this subject to stock availability. If the replacement item has a different price, we will confirm any balance due or refund owed.

8) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The item
• The packaging
• Any visible damage

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
