**IMPORTANT: Please inspect all equipment carefully before signing the delivery note.**

If there is any visible damage to the packaging or the equipment, this must be clearly recorded on the delivery note at the time of delivery. Alternatively, the delivery should be refused.

If the delivery note is signed without any damage being noted, the goods will be deemed to have been received in good condition. In such cases, claims for transit damage reported after delivery may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend unpacking and inspecting the equipment as soon as possible after receipt. Any concealed damage or shortages must be reported to sales@cateringbase.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.

Not following these procedures may affect our ability to submit and process a claim with the carrier.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The item
• The packaging
• Any visible damage

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
