Built for busy commercial kitchens, the Thunder Group PLPA8134 is a GN 1/3 (third-size) polycarbonate food pan with a 100 mm (4") depth. The crystal-clear body lets staff see contents at a glance, while the shatter- and scratch-resistant material stands up to daily service. It’s dishwasher safe and handles temperatures from –40 °C to 100 °C, making it perfect for chilled storage, mise en place, salad bars and refrigerated buffet wells.

Designed to stack neatly without sticking, this pan helps you save space on the line and in cold storage. Matching solid or slotted lids and drain shelves are available to keep food protected and crisp during service.
