If you want a replacement item to be sent out before their investigations and procedures are complete, you will have to pay for it as a separate transaction and a refund will be given when the procedures are complete and the original item is declared lost.

If we have sent the wrong product, which does not match the description on your invoice, you can return it to us for an exchange. We will refund the cost of postage where applicable.
