Here are some care instructions to help you maintain your PTFE non-stick cookware:

 1. Avoid High Heat: PTFE coatings can degrade at very high temperatures. It’s best to use low to medium heat settings to preserve the non-stick surface

 2. Use Gentle Utensils: Avoid using metal utensils, which can scratch the non-stick coating. Opt for wooden,silicone, or plastic utensils instead

 3. Hand Wash Only: While some non-stick cookware is labelled as dishwasher safe, hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent is recommended to extend the life of the coating
