Monday to Saturday, usually by 4:30 pm for most addresses.
Rural / remote areas may receive deliveries later in the day.

📍 Postcode Coverage

Tracked 24 is available for almost all UK postcodes.

Some remote locations (e.g. Scottish Highlands, islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, BFPOs) may take longer than next-day.

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

3) Non-Returnable Items

• Items that cannot be resold due to hygiene or food-contact handling once opened (where applicable)

4) How to Request a Return

• The packaging
• Any visible damage

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
